I graduated with an honours degree in Computer Science. I climbed. I led. I grew. Over a career that spanned R&D, Engineering, Quality Assurance, IT, Learning & Development, Services and beyond, at increasingly senior levels, I did everything the way you're supposed to.

And I loved parts of it. I've always loved learning, teaching, bringing people together. Every role I stepped into, I found myself coaching and mentoring others, not because it was in my job description, but because it was the work I was born to do.
